The part at @0:48 is true. I highly recommend Click Bond to those that need creative and easy solutions to some difficult problems.
If you have a hole, why wouldn’t you just use a bolt?
There are threads on the inside of those plates that a bolt runs into.
Nutplates are used for instances where an access panel is needed. A nut plate will give you the ability to unscrew an access panel without having to clamp a nut on the other side of the panel. This comes in handy in places where the other side is hard to access or inaccessible such as the wings of an aircraft.
Why are the same instruction given twice? Does Click Bond think that the viewer did not understand the instructions the first time? That is what the pause and play buttons are for!
